I suggest you ...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

Enter your idea and we'll search to see if someone has already suggested it.

If a similar idea already exists, you can support and comment on it.

If it doesn't exist, you can post your idea so others can support it.

Enter your idea and we'll search to see if someone has already suggested it.

  1. HTML5 Notifications on Builds

Have HTML5 notifications for when builds finish. We can't do that in a step, as it's server side, but it would be very handy to have. Probably need to be a user setting though.

Then I can leave wercker on a tab in the background, and as I'm working, I can be notified if the last build passed / failed on my screen without having to switch over to email / chat.

    • Manual (non-triggered) builds

As a development team, we only want builds to run automatically on certain branches, but occasionally want to deploy or build against a particular branch or tag without needing a webhook or to make an API call.

      • Invite new Wercker users

It's currently a limitation that I can only add users who already have Wercker accounts, forcing me to ask them to sign up before I can manually add them to each repo on Wercker just so they can see the build results of a private repo.

At the very least, adding new team members should allow adding by email address, which will send the person an invite email if they're not already a member.

To add to that, Wercker already has Github/Bitbucket credentials, so it should be able to autocomplete or bulk invite organization members.

        Going further, keeping membership in…

            • Multiple Boxes/Build for Multiple Targets

              Multiple boxes / builds

The Problem: you need to build towards multiple targets

The Lame Solution: build a box that has every needed cross compiler on it installed and fiddle around until you have all the dependencies built/installed N wise

The Awesome Solution: treat each target as it's own build with it's own box

                  • Add a 'raw' download for step output

                    Optionally allow with/without colours.

copy/pasting this big rspec log so I can grep it for deprecation messages is hard :)

                    • Wrap lines in log

When lines of output in the log are too long (say, more than 80 characters), they overflow the "Log" box; because the text color is light, and the background is light as well, it becomes hard to read the last part of long lines of output. Better to wrap the lines if they become too long.
